Where we ship
Direct orders from shop.willert.com are available within the contiguous United States. We do not currently ship internationally or to PO boxes.
How long it takes
Orders placed Monday through Friday before 12 PM Central typically ship the same day. Standard ground shipping runs 3–7 business days depending on destination. You'll get a tracking number by email when your order leaves our warehouse.
Returns
If your order arrives damaged or you're not satisfied with a direct purchase, contact customer care within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
For products purchased at retail, please contact the retailer directly — their return policy applies.
Damaged in transit
If a package arrives visibly damaged, take a photo before opening it and email customercare@willert.com with your order number. We'll replace it at no charge.
